That toffee crunch was by far the best I have ever had in ice cream. Not to hard, not to soft. The flavor was perfect. I also love that there was toffee through out the entire pint. That is a problem we tend to have with ice cream from our grocery store. My oldest loves s’mores. So s’mores ice cream was right up his alley.
