Kyte Baby Review and Giveaway

Kyte Baby sent me over 2 beautiful pieces to review for you guys. They sent me over one of their sleep bags as well as one of their footies. If you guys have followed other reviews and gift guides, then you would know I am huge environmental buff. We plan to cloth diaper, we only use non toxic cleaning products, and our newest craze has been bamboo clothing. We are HUGE advocates for sustainable sourced products and Kyte Baby just makes sense!

Im going to add a bit of information right from Kyte Baby’s website that explains a bit about bamboo. I am sure after you read it, and try some bamboo clothing out for yourselves, you will be hooked!

Bamboo fibers create an incredibly soft fabric that is both gentle and cozy to the touch. The fabric is breathable, for comfort in any temperature, and absorbs & evaporates humidity better than any other fabric available.

Bamboo, technically a grass rather than a tree, is one of the most sustainable resources on earth, textile or otherwise. Growing up to a yard in a single day, it never requires replanting due to its vast, interconnected root network. Not only does it not require replanting, but it also doesn’t require tractors, fertilizers, or pesticides.

Following harvesting, it’s converted into fabric. This fabric, called rayon, is incredibly soft, statistically breathes better than cotton, and is hypoallergenic. This makes it perfect for babies, especially when considering overheating and sensitive skin.

The benefits of using bamboo begin with it being the most sustainable and versatile resource on the planet, as we’ve mentioned. It’s the fastest growing plant in the world, and quickly adapts to different climates. Not only is it earth-friendly, but it is also an environmentally intelligent choice because bamboo minimizes CO2 and generates 35% more oxygen than trees.

Bamboo is the best choice for your baby, and for the planet’s future.

This is the one the footies from Kyte Baby in the color cloud and in the size 3-6 months. You guys…. I want this in my size! Kyte Baby has the absolute softest baby clothes on the market. I love the double zipper so you can open the footie from either the top or the bottom, making for super easy diaper changes.

Next up is one of their sleep sacks in color sage. My camera did not do a great job picking up the color but this is stunning. Sage can be worn on both a girl or a boy.  I am a huge advocate for sleep sacks. They are the safest option for babies while keeping them warm. Kyte Baby has 3 different sleep sacks in 3 different sizes as well as a sleep bag for when your little one starts walking.

Not only did Kyte Baby send me 2 baby products to try out, they are also allowing me to host a giveaway. One lucky winner will win a $100 gift card to their website. You can get quite a few goodies with that!
